Didnt update for a few days, so Im gonna backtrack for a little bit.
On Sunday:
Went church as usual, then I had lunch there and took a train down from Newton to Bukit Batok to meet up with my friends - Jian Xiang, Wang Ting and Zhen Li. We met up and went to MacRitchie Reservoir to take some pictures of nature for our DVDE assignments.
It went alright for the first hour or so, then when we are around 3km INTO the trail. Wang Ting went: "I see ripples, more ripples.." lol and all of a sudden, the rain *SPLASH*. Its raining damn heavily and since Im the only one with the umbrella, as I had a cold, I became the bag carrier. yea, it sucks, but well, do I have a choice? lol.
What a lifetime experience. 3km into the forest and it rained. cool. Even with umbrella, my whole body became wet after 5 minutes, as the rain is really coming from all directions. *SPLASH* rain water all over my clothes. *SPLAT* mud on my face. great =.="
We spent more time spending our time in the toilet, drying ourselves then taking photos. No fan, no dryer. Seriously. Everything was wet, luckily nothing is spoiled. My only entertainment was my Ipod and probably, swinging my clothes all around, hoping they will dry faster.
At last the rain slowed down, and we put on our still-wet clothes and I went back on my own. BRR. Its really cold in the bus, freezing. and I stink, trust me. Met my mum in Clementi and walked back home together, tired and wet, it sucks. The first thing I want when I get home is to take a bath.
I took around 20+ pictures in the end, not a really good number, but oh well, what can we do? Plants, trees, monkeys, yea, we saw 2 of them scratching each other's ass by the reservoir. Funny scene, at least, before the rain.
On Schooldays:
Nothing interesting. same old thing. learn new things. Collected back my laptop. FLu and cough still there.
