Update!

Got GEMS presentation tomorrow. boring. No choice, who ask me to choose this. So my group will be doing on Philippines and they gave me all the leftovers - Politics and Education. lol. pwned. School assignments are coming in once again, 2D and 3D Animation, I'm sure the Rigging one will come quite soon.

ZhenLi and JianXiang plus myself went to film on greenscreen on Friday anyway. Supposedly, we did film some at my house and on Sunday. But ZhenLi fall sick suddenly, I seriously hope it's not H1N1. This virus is spreading like wild-fire, totally crazy. Bless him.

Putting that aside, yesterday we got a real model for us to draw. Not draw on. lol. It's some sort of a anatomy drawing.And it will be one of our drawing assignments. It's a male underwear model, so nothing much. Next semester, we will have a female model, nude and some sort of Kamen Rider or something.

Yes, you got it. This is the day. First Poly class outing. finally. But before that,





So there was this guy from Lucas Film who came down to give a talk about 3D and stuff, and the venue was like like around T2, wtf? That's the opposite side of the school! Anyway, I was stopped at the temperature checking point. zzz. I was like so pissed off, I made it in the end, through SOME ways, and it made me attend the talk 30 mins late, I can't find the place to be exact. It's like a maze. damn.


The talk ended early, so we took the train to Orchard Cineleisure, where we will watch the movie: Harry Potter. Mr Tan had kindly booked the tickets for us, so we won't have to rush and stuff. I won't name those who went, because it's like 15 person and it won't be quite a long list. We went to have a bite and drinks before the movie, because we were 1 hour early, did some 2D works. Tiffany was complaining. nevermind.


After the movie, we had dinner, Yi Zhen left early so the leftovers went for some slow food, at KouFu. Beef Noodles, such a long time since I had it. Everyone took a photo, and yes, its on my facebook. We parted, so now the leftovers were Daren, Jian Xiang, ZhenLi, Anson, Cheong Ghim and of course, myself. JX and Anson were like walking so fast to Kinokuniya to buy some stuff. They walked really fast, we can't catch up, so we let them be. We went to ArtFriend, it's already closed. So everyone was pissed. ugh.


Took a train and went home. Everyone laughed like mad on the train. lol.

Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince

One word to describe this movie: okkayyy...


I wouldn't really recommend this movie, but if you're a fan of HP, watch it. If not, I would rather watch G.I Joe or UP. The ending sucks to be honest. The build-up was excellent though. Everyone got shocked at one point, when the "zombie" grabbed Harry's hand from the water.


The Visual Efx are cool, especially the seriously epic part, where Dumbledore did the insane fire trick.


*Spoiler* Too bad he died in the end. And at the end, after figuring until crazy, the Half-Blood Prince is actually Snape. Nice try.

Kind of a tiring day, in some ways.

Went to school to act for Yeun Yian's group, so we actually met at Dover MRT, the destination was like at around T5. wow. So we went there, a group of six - Myself, YY, Lin Ling, Melissa, Jian Xiang and ZhenLi. Then there's this camera which makes wierd sounds, everyone kept laughing. Acting is fun, but it's defintely not for me, it's so difficult to express out. Kind of.

Before LiTeng came, we went to the main library and played Cluedo, really fun game. I bet everyone had fun, it's so thrilling and ZhenLi won at the end. Then we had lunch at FC5, then we went our own ways. Day 1 is over! Tomorrow we had to act again, at different venues though, I will keep ya posted. Heh.

Class Outing next Tuesday, wewt! I'm so looking forward to that. Harry Potter!

Assignments are over, new ones are coming in, again.

On Sunday, went to church as usual, but this time, me and my brother decided to serve in the Food & Beverage Ministry, so its a plus one for me. Its currently a small ministry as it just started out, so we will be in-charge of some stuff, like the drinks corner. I'm kind of an expert already. Heh, but Boss Keith hopes we can catch up with Starbucks quality. wow. I wonder.

By the way, congratulations to my cousin, Siming, he just graduated in accounting. woot! We took photos with him on Sunday, with the mortar board. pwned. It's on my facebook now anyway. Just started for a photo-spree last night, uploading some to facebook.

Finally went for Aikido yesterday, it's good to be back, but the fees are killing me, I still owe the sensei $92. ugh. Money aside. Time is another issue. Work is piling like crazy. Hope I can organise my stuff well.

Anyway..feeling damn thirsty just now, must be the fries just now, too salty. >_<

Some really quick updates on what I've worked on so far.

Guess it's time to update for a bit!

Nothing much this week, except finishing some left-over assignments. Whew, just passed up the last of them earlier today, which is Visual Effects. But guess what? More projects and assignments and lining up for the list again. Never-ending. damn.

Birthday party at Stacey's house last Saturday, it's kind of fun, although it's really boring at the start. Many of our old classmates didn't turn up, most of them backed out last minute, like Wai Yuen and Clement, thanks alot. ugh. So I have to go with Daniel, met him in IMM to buy presents for Stacey, ending up chosing a pair of earings and a necklace. Hole in wallet again. heh.

Made some new friends and catch up with some old friends, not much though, just Theresa and Eliza, the others were like commiting slow-suicide by smoking, so we left them alone. So I guess that's it? Left at around 11pm. Didn't go to church the following day, as we had to finish up the project. It's done now, so I'm good.

Fucking Comtech imbeciles.
