Woah, what a great weekend I had the past few days.
On Saturday, I caught a movie at GVMax Vivocity with my friends, again.
Yes, again.
This is the 101th movie I watched in the theatres this year. Met up with the seven at Harborfront Control Station, those people are Zhenli, LingLing, YanTeng, Daren, Benny, Jian Xiang, Cheong Ghim, Wei Jie and WangTing. Yeah, it's kind of a huge group.
But as the saying goes, "the more, the merrier".
After the movie ends, we had dinner at Kopitiam, ZhenLi and I were fed-up with the food, and he suggested sending black sand to the stalls. Black Sand is a ninja clan, you see, before they kill, they will send an envelope with sand of the colour black to the victim. So, after the sucky dinner, we went for Starbucks, though only a few brought, we went to the SkyGarden.
Oh man, that's my favourite place at night. The scenery is beautiful, the stars are shining, and the moon is gorgeous. We had little chit-chats here and there, occasionally disturbed by some toddlers, who fiddled around with ZhenLi. There's no age gap between them, seriously, they thought ZL was about the same age. Hah, joking!
We went on talking about supernatural stuff, while the JianXiang gang talk about "something" else. JX was even so opened about it.
Went home then, around 12am, got a slight scolding by my mum, but I'm too tired to even bother. There's church on Sunday, yeah, but I will blog about that some times later.
So, the movie we watched, Ninja Assasin (M18).

Storyline: 6.3/10
Visual Efx: 7.2/10
Sound Efx: 7.8/10
Overall: 7.5/10
Nothing special about this movie, except that the main character is Rain. But I'm not really interested about the guy, unlike those screaming female fans. The weapons are really cool, but the shuriken is "over-estimated", it even pierce through helmets. This movie is really bloody, hands and feet flying all over the place, blood splashes all over the screen. Considered violent, not suitable for young kids, unless you want to be traumatised for two and a half days.
