++ Motivation. ++
NAPFA test is around the corner, which to be exact, less than 2 months. If I don't get a Silver or Gold, I'm getting in for the extra 2 months training. You heard it? It's two damn months! I surely do not want to waste them, I would rather take the (wasted) time,
(1)to work and earn some bucks (for marriage. No, I'm not kidding. I've been saving up since Primary school.)
(2)to do some extra projects and beef-up my portfolio (for future, for career.)
(3)And above all, to spend more time with my loved ones - My family, my friends and my Yippy (cherishing them, spending quality time together.)SO, no way I'm getting the extra training. Motivations. Mind over body. I'm aiming for Gold. Even if I don't reach the sky, I could touch the clouds.
Per Day:
1). 150 sit-ups
2). 150 push-ups
3). Jog on spot - 4 mins
4). Jump - 4minsPer week:
1). Gym
2). Swimming
3). 2.4km run (2X)I know I can do it. Fighting!
